Introduction
Madamik Building Contracting is a civil construction company registered as Medamic Contracting & General Maintenance the first time in 2009 by professional Architect Engineer Sayed Ahmad Sakhi in Abu Dhabi Capital of UAE. Then it was founded again in it!s new style in 2016 in Sharjah by Mr. Ahmed Jafar ALAmeeri, Mr. Tofiq Ahmad and Mr. Sayed Ahmad Sakhi. The purpose of established of this company is to introduce the activities in civil construction and general maintenance of buildings as well as Design and Build. Our vision is how the designs meet the criteria given in the project outline with highest quality and standards cods to finally reach to excellent performance of function and safety purposes.

Brief Description of the Works:- This project is for the Construction, Completion & 22 Months Maintenance of the Villa Gr.Floor + First Floor+Service Block on Plot No: 599 at Al SUOEH-8, SHARJAH for MR:KHALID JASIM AL SARKAL, as per the Drawings & Tender & Contract Documents, Project’s Particular Specifications & Schedule of Rates. Contract Period:- THE PERIOD ALLOTTED FOR THIS PROJECT SHALL BE 21 MONTHS AND 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF BANK LOAN APPROVAL
This project is located in Warqa II in Dubai. Our work was to prepare Design and Build for our client. We installed lift as per client request so this project is going to complete as soon.
